What is the cost?
I offer two plans, “pay by the job” or “monthly retainer.” The cost is based on my hourly rate of $35 per hour. I break each hour into 6 ten minute billable sections.
How does payment work?
I accept Paypal, business checks, certified checks, and Visa, Master Card and American Express via Paypal. If you have an alternative payment option we can discuss it.
- Pay by the job- 50% payment is required, based on estimate, before work begins. Jobs are sent out immediately upon payment in full.
- Monthly retainer- Full payment due upon receipt of invoice. Late fee of 15% assessed on 15th day after due.
How does “pay by the job” work?
This is simple and straight forward. We have a consultation where you explain the job and your needs and expectations. I accept the job as a “pay by the job” assignment and we agree on an estimated time. You pay 50% of the estimated price and I begin the assignment. When the job is complete you make the final payment and I send you the final work.
How does “monthly retainer” work?
This is for ongoing assignments, and continued monthly work. If you have an ongoing need and require monthly administrative work, this is a value plan for you. I offer a discount for the volume of hours you need. Please note this discount is for my hourly rate only, not supplies and/or expenses incurred.
- 10 Hours/mo = 10% discount
- 20 Hours/mo = 15% discount
- 40 Hours/mo = 20% discount
What about confidentiality?
I can assure you that the information you trust me with will remain confidential. I will provide you with a contract to sign, which includes a clause outlining confidentiality. However, I will sign your own confidentiality agreement, if you’d prefer.
